First Fruits Blessing for the Hebraic month of Tevet December-January
Draw me into your heart, my Beloved, and lead me out. We will run away together into your cloud-filled chamber. We will remember Your love as we laugh and rejoice in You, celebrating Your every kiss as better than wine. No wonder righteousness adores you! SOS 1:4 TPT
Beloved spirit, this prayer of awakened desire reflects the whispers of God burning in your heart today. It is the uncontainable, unstoppable passionate longing to meet with the Lover of your soul and hear His heartbeat for your life. The bride here is asking to be drawn away in sacred intimacy with the King = drawn out of her comfort zone, drawn away from self, into the loving arms of her Beloved. Nothing else can satisfy the thirst she feels for her Lover. She has tasted His spirit-kiss and the fragrance of His anointing, but she longs to be drawn with even greater power and glory. Is this your cry today?
In this time of stillness, allow Him to draw you into His chamber to groom you for an eternal inheritance. He will “take you away” from your SELF and ambitions so that you will run together with Him. Running with the King of Majesty with all your heart is the only proper response when He draws you with His tender mercy and compassionate love. It is an act of holy zeal. As you sit at His feet long enough, you will be willing to get your feet “dirty.” One day, if you will continue running, your panting soul will find Him and He will bring you to His secret place, fully and ultimately.
Divine fellowship in His sacred chamber awaits us. There will be a banqueting table prepared in that place, but for now we must be alone with Him in His chamber room of intimacy. In this place you will receive the living bread, the manna of His presence that nourishes our spirits.
Meanwhile, we will be glad and rejoice, we will laugh and celebrate in our Bridegroom. “We will not open the gates of the year to the dolorous notes of the sackbut, but to the sweet strains of the harp of joy, and the high sounding cymbals of gladness. "O come, let us sing unto the Lord: let us make a joyful noise unto the rock of our salvation." We, the called and faithful and chosen, we will drive away our griefs, and set up our banners of confidence in the name of Yahweh.
“Let others lament over their troubles, but WE who have the Sweetening Tree to cast into Marah's bitter pool, with joy will magnify our King. Eternal Spirit, our effectual Comforter, we who are the temples in which thou dwellest, will never cease from adoring and blessing the name of Yeshua. He must have the crown of our heart's delight; we will not dishonor our Bridegroom by mourning in His presence.
We are ordained to be the minstrels of the skies, let us rehearse our everlasting anthem before we sing it in the halls of the New Jerusalem. We will be glad and rejoice: two words with one sense, double joy, blessedness upon blessedness. Need there be any limit to our rejoicing in the Lord even now? Do not men of grace find their Lord to be camphire and spikenard, calamus and cinnamon even now, and what better fragrance have they in heaven itself? We will be glad and rejoice in Thee. That last word is the meat in the dish, the kernel of the nut, the soul of the text. What heavens are laid up in Yeshua! What rivers of infinite bliss have their source, aye, and every drop of their fullness in Him! Since, O sweet Lord Jesus, thou art the present portion of thy people, favor us this year with such a sense of thy preciousness, that from its first to its last day we may be glad and rejoice in thee. Let January open with celebration in the Lord, and December close with gladness of His kisses.” adapted from Charles Spurgeon

Blessing for the Hebrew month of Kislev December-Jauary
In the tender and majestic name of Yeshua the eternal Prince I call your beloved spirit to attention to receive a word from your Majestic Beloved. Buried in the Book of Hebrews is a precious treasure – an elegant description of the Friendship Offering – the highest sacrifice that can be given.
“It is more beautiful to feast on grace and be inwardly strengthened than to be obsessed with dietary rules, which have no lasting benefit. We feast on a sacrifice given at our spiritual altar. . . . where through Yeshua we offer up to God a steady stream of praise sacrifices – these are “the lambs” we offer from our lips that celebrate His name.” Heb. 13:9,10,15
Psalm 111 is rich with Covenant language as the greatness of Yahweh’s covenant with man is celebrated on this spiritual altar. Partake of this beautiful Friendship Offering with me:
Shout Halleluyah to Yahweh! May every one of His lovers hear my passionate praise to Him’ even among the council of the holy ones! For God’s mighty miracles astound me! His wonders are so delightfully mysterious that they leave all who seek them astonished. Everything He does if full of splendor and beauty! Each miracle demonstrates His eternal perfection. His unforgettable works of surpassing wonder reveal His grace and tender mercy. He satisfies all who love and trust Him, and He keeps every promise He makes. He reveals mighty power and marvels to His people by handing them nations as a gift! All God accomplishes is flawless, faithful, and fair; and His every word proves trustworthy and true. They are steadfast forever and ever. Formed from truth and righteousness, His forever-love paid a full ransom for His people so that now we’re free to come before Yahweh to worship His holy and awesome name! Where can wisdom be found! It is born in the fear of God. Everyone who follows His ways will never lack His living-understanding and the adoration of God will abide throughout eternity!
The Lord's people delight in His forever-covenant itself. It is an unfailing source of consolation to us so often as the Holy Spirit leads us into its banqueting house and waves its banner of love over us. We delight to contemplate the antiquity of that covenant, remembering that before the day-star knew its place, or planets ran their round, the interests of the saints were made secure in Yeshua. It is peculiarly pleasing to us to remember the sureness of the covenant, while meditating upon "the sure mercies of David."
We delight to celebrate it as "signed, and sealed, and ratified, in all things ordered well." It often makes our hearts dilate with joy to think of its immutability, as a covenant which neither time nor eternity, life nor death, shall ever be able to violate--a covenant as old as eternity and as everlasting as the Rock of ages. We rejoice also to feast upon the fullness of this covenant, for we see in it all things provided for us. God is our portion, Christ our companion, the Spirit our Comforter, earth our lodge, and heaven our home. We see in it an inheritance reserved and entailed to every soul possessing an interest in its ancient and eternal deed of gift.
Our eyes sparkle when we see it as a treasure-trove in the Bible; but oh! how our souls are gladdened when we see in the last will and testament of our divine kinsman, that it is bequeathed to us!
More especially it is the pleasure of God's people to contemplate the graciousness of this covenant. We see that the law was made void because it was a covenant of works and depended upon merit, but this we perceive to be enduring because grace is the basis, grace the condition, grace the strain, grace the bulwark, grace the foundation, grace the topstone. The covenant is a treasury of wealth, a granary of food, a fountain of life, a store-house of salvation, a charter of peace, and a haven of joy. Charles Spurgeon
