more on 'understanding essence'
i found this timely post (understanding essence)on face book and asked Neill if i could share it here. it captures the very heart of the RG and what i am hoping to grasp even more, and that is the concept of 'essence'.
"We very often easily identify behaviour and so on, but don't always consider why someone acts the way he does. If one understands "essence" it becomes easier."
we are quick to point out behavioral characteristics to identify the gifts but equally as important is considering, 'why one responds or acts out a certain way.'
I want to explore this more!
thank you, niell.
